Responsibilities Break down, bone, portion and prepare meat to Harris Farm specification Produce consistent, accurate cuts, weight, trim and presentation up to standard Prepare value-added products, marinades, skewers, burger patties, sausages,



roasts Quality-check every delivery, reject anything that doesn't meet HFM standards Use your trade judgement to minimise waste, turn trim into something sellable About you We are looking for someone who loves food and protein.
