Senior Business Analyst Ccomplaints Management Systems Implementation 12-Month Contract Major Sydney University Hybrid - Sydney CBD Up to $950 per day + Super An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Sydney university delivering a strategic enterprise-wide Complaints Management System.
This high-profile transformation will implement a up-to-date SaaS platform that supports a consistent, transparent and institution-wide approach to complaints and case management, strengthening governance, compliance and service delivery across the organisation.
Working alongside business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners, you'll play a key role from discovery through to implementation and business readiness.
Responsibilties Leading end-to-end business analysis across the full project lifecycle.
Facilitating workshops, requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Producing current and future state process maps and operating models.
Supporting enterprise SaaS implementation including integration analysis, data migration, testing and business readiness.
Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors and implementation partners.
Driving stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.
Supporting governance,



reporting and regulatory compliance outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience 10+ years' Business Analysis experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
Proven experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally implementing a case/complaints management system.
Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience across integration, testing, data migration and operational readiness.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Ability to navigate complex organisations and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience within Higher Education, Government, Case Management, Complaints Management, Governance, Risk or Regulatory environments will be highly regarded.
