About the Role Join our Cancer Directorate team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As a Clinical Support Officer, you'll provide a broad range of administrative support across our outpatient services, helping ensure clinics run efficiently and patients receive a positive experience.
Every day offers variety as you support clinicians, coordinate appointments, manage patient information and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the Directorate.
Key Responsibilities Provide professional administrative and reception support across outpatient services Coordinate appointments,
referrals and clinic activities Maintain accurate patient information across clinical systems Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative requirements Respond to patient and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of patient care Prepare clinic documentation and maintain administrative records Provide flexible administrative support across the Cancer Directorate as required Maintain confidentiality and comply with administrative policies and procedures About You You're an organised, adaptable and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment.
You can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and take pride in providing accurate, compassionate support to patients and clinical teams.
