Role Company Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing financial services organisation undergoing a significant operational transformation.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Payments and Operations Associate to join their team in a hands-on role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing bank reconciliations, overseeing operational control functions and contribute to process automation initiatives.
This role offers a explicit pathway into a broader operational career within fund services, registry and banking.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough and accurate bank reconciliations across multiple accounts • Strengthen and implement internal banking control and support client onboarding and migration testing (including outstanding monies/payments) • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation and system improvements • Proactively communicate discrepancies, risks and solutions to senior stakeholders • Support the development and mentoring of junior team members as the role evolves •Manage replacement payment sweeps and unclaimed monies (UCM) processes, including regulatory lodgments, and lead on professional engagement with banks, regulators,
