You'll sit right at the intersection of sales and operations, supporting a tight-knit Sydney team that distributes to markets across Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
Think showroom launches, wholesale accounts, stock logistics, and everything in between.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Sales support - Help prepare seasonal materials for wholesale launches, manage sample orders, support account managers, and visit stores across Sydney to assess visual merchandising and stock.
Operations admin - Keep things moving - coordinate stock tracking with the supply chain team, manage shipments, schedule brand meetings, and support the wider team with day-to-day office operations.




Customer relationships - Be a trusted point of contact for customers, resolving queries quickly and proactively - helping to build the long-term relationships that underpin the brand's wholesale success.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong communicator (written and verbal) Attention to detail MS Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint Word Organised, proactive and solutions-oriented Customer-focused with a multitasking mindset A genuine enthusiasm for beautiful products and a can-do attitude will take you far here.
