Due to a 12-month parental leave cover, they are seeking an immediately available Payroll Team Leader / Payroll Manager to support the business.
Based in North Sydney, this is a hybrid role offering 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, joining a supportive payroll function within a strong culture.
The Role You will lead and run a weekly payroll for approximately 600+ employees, while managing and supporting a team of 4-5.
Duties include (but are not limited to): Managing and running weekly payroll end-to-end (approx. 600 employees) Leading, coaching and supporting a payroll team (4-5 staff) Hands-on payroll processing plus oversight of accuracy,
