Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we're expanding our team to support ongoing operations.
This is a great opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase, while working alongside an established, high-retention crew.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role suits chefs looking to build FIFO experience or step into a high-performing site.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll take ownership of your section and contribute to: Consistent,



well-presented meals across multiple service periods Cook-to-order stations and themed dining nights Daily food preparation and service execution Creating a home away from home experience for residents Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Maintain strong standards of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance Execute menu items to a high standard of presentation and consistency Support stock control, food storage, and kitchen organisation Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness standards Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to meet service demands Support the Head Chef in maintaining consistency across all service periods About You You're a qualified chef who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food and thrives in a structured kitchen environment.
Whether your background is FIFO, hotel, or restaurant, you bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
You will have: Experience in high-volume kitchens or fast-paced service environments A focus on food quality, presentation, and consistency Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) Full Australian working rights Valid C Class Driver's Licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening Current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months) Perth based or can easily to commute to Perth for flights Apply Now If you're looking to join a strong team, develop your skills, and build a long-term FIFO career in a high-performing environment, apply now.
