Position: General Practitioner (GP) Locum Location: Wiluna, WA Type : Locum Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 Available Dates: Contact us for more information About the Role: This health service operates a GP Medical Centre on all business days of the year.
The Medical Centre is staffed daily by one GP, a Receptionist, a Patient Transport Driver, 3 Registered Nurses (RN), and an Aboriginal Health Worker.
This service also employs Paramedics who provide the ambulance service to support Accident and Emergency services outside normal operating hours.
About the area: The friendly outback town of Wiluna marks the start of two quintessential Australian bush adventures that are among the most challenging four-wheel drive trails in the world - the Gunbarrel Highway and Canning Stock Route.
Located on the edge of the Western Desert, Wiluna is a 5.5-hour drive north of the Goldfields hub of Kalgoorlie.
