About Your Role: We are currently seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team, with both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities: Client Care: Provide client-centered interventions to elderly individuals and those living with disabilities in their homes.
Assessments Reports: Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized tools and clinical observation, and prepare detailed reports using provided templates.
Goal Setting Intervention: Develop personalized intervention goals to help clients achieve their full potential, and recommend appropriate equipment and support services as needed.
