YOUR ROLE Being mentored by a top Property Partner (also a property developer) you will love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own property practice +managing your clients whilst also leading/mentoring a small property team (1 conveyancer+ 1 paralegal) who will assist you.
Key areas include:
1) high-end residential/commercial conveyancing [mainly off-the-plan developments acting for high end developers];
2) commercial/retail leases;
3) interesting non-conveyancing property/commercial work eg due diligence, development/construction/local govt/strata matters.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are admitted as a lawyer in NSW; have minimum 4 - 10+ years property law experience including off-the-plan conveyancing experience acting for vendors/developers [essential] AND commercial property transactions (preferable); have solid experience with leases, options, joint ventures, easements/covenants+ also strata/subdivision/property due diligence (preferable); have a proven success record of running your own files from beginning to end with minimal supervision; are super organised, are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills; are ambitious, committed to excellence in all that you do+ have high attention to detail; are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
