About the role Our client is currently looking for a lawyer/associate to join their high-performing WorkCover Insurance team in Melbourne.
The position will work closely with experienced and respected partners and colleagues on a range of interesting and complex statutory compensation and common law damages matters.




About you Have a relevant law degree and admitted in Australia Possess 2+ years of experience dealing with Statutory Compensation and Common law damages matters Familiar with Workers compensation legislation and case law and Transport Accident Act.
Litigation experience will be highly regarded.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive situations empathetically and professionally.
