WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a corporate/M A/venture capital lawyer AND/OR TMT/commercial transactional lawyer admitted in Australia (or overseas lawyer qualified in an English common law country undergoing local conversion); Have minimum 2+(or more) years POST-admission experience in a corporate/M A and/or TMT practice with a 1st/2nd-tier/leading specialist boutique firms; have strong technical legal skills (drafting/research/analytical/negotiation)+ strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice; proven ability to manage client relationships+ meet deadlines ; are committed to your own success (professionally+personally)+ wish to work with, learn from and be inspired by industry-leading passionate professionals.
