RRB Corporation Pty Ltd, located in Coonabarabran NSW, is seeking a qualified, full-time Systems Analyst / Software Analyst to join our technical team with an attractive remuneration package of $95,000 to $115,000 AUD per annum plus superannuation.
In this role, the successful candidate will analyze system requirements, evaluate operational procedures, and drive continuous system enhancements across our technical ecosystem.
Key responsibilities for this position include: Conducting technical audits of payment systems, terminals, and operational processes to ensure optimal system integrity and compliance.
Analysing transaction data and system performance to identify operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
Troubleshooting complex hardware, software, EFTPOS, and eCommerce-related technical problems across systems.
Investigating system incidents and resolving complex internal and customer technical enquiries promptly.
Monitoring system alerts, logs, and backend operations to detect system faults quickly and minimize downtime.
Assisting users and customers with terminal activation, configuration, and dedicated product support.




Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues and refine technical architecture.
Maintaining accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, system updates, and technical interactions.
Recommending system and process improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and overall system user experience.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Analysis, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
Proven experience conducting system audits, monitoring backend logs, and troubleshooting software and hardware environments.
Strong analytical, data evaluation, and problem-solving skills aligned with system engineering standards.
Excellent technical documentation abilities and effective communication skills to work across engineering and business units.
Ability to work full time on-site in Coonabarabran, NSW.
