They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their growing team.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who has built a solid foundation in commercial construction and is ready to take on greater responsibility while continuing to develop towards Project Management.
The Role Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams, you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting Project Managers across all stages of project delivery Coordinating subcontractor procurement, trade packages and tender documentation Assisting with project programming, cost reporting and financial tracking Managing project documentation, RFIs, variations and contractual records Liaising with consultants,



subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved Monitoring project progress and supporting the commercial delivery of projects Assisting with procurement, logistics and project planning activities This role offers genuine responsibility, exposure to commercial developments and the opportunity to learn from highly experienced construction professionals.

The ideal candidate will have: 2–5 years' experience working for a commercial building contractor in South Australia A Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline Experience supporting commercial construction projects valued at $5M+ Strong organisational and commercial skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence working with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders A proactive attitude and genuine desire to continue developing professionally This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work on larger, more complex projects while building a long-term career with a respected commercial contractor.
