Experienced Conveyancer | QLD / SA Experience Required Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancer with Queensland and/or South Australian experience to join a highly regarded commercial law firm.
Working closely with an experienced Property Partner, this role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of conveyancing matters while utilising your interstate expertise within a supportive and flexible workplace.
For the right candidate with strong jurisdictional experience, the firm is open to offering a high level of flexibility.
About the Role You will be responsible for managing a range of property matters, including: End-to-end management of conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement Managing Queensland and/or South Australian property transactions Contract preparation and review Property searches and title reviews Settlement coordination, including PEXA Liaising with clients, agents, lenders,
