About the Role Reporting into the FP A Manager, this Finance Business Partner position offers broad exposure across commercial finance, business partnering and strategic decision support.
Supporting a high-profile consumer brand portfolio, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing and senior stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial insights that drive business performance.
Key responsibilities include: Deliver monthly management reporting, forecasting and budgeting Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to provide commercial analysis and recommendations Build and maintain financial models to support planning and business decisions Analyse product, customer and promotional performance to identify opportunities Support executive reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership Develop KPI reporting and provide actionable business insights Drive continuous improvement across reporting,



planning and finance processes Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and new planning system implementation Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business About You To be successful, you'll be CA or CPA qualified with a strong technical foundation, ideally gained in Chartered Accounting before moving into a commercial finance environment (although individuals with sound commercial experience and technical skillset are encouraged to apply).
You'll bring genuine business partnering experience and enjoy working with non-finance stakeholders to influence decision making.
You'll also have: CA or CPA qualification Chartered Accounting background ideal (Big 4 or Mid Tier preferred) Experience within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods or another quick-paced commercial environment Strong FP A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset The ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment What's in it for You?
