Job details Yard Supervisor/Leading Hand Wanted!
Location : Mackay Local Roster : Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work About our Client: Our Client is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of fertiliser products, supporting agricultural industries and communities across the country.
With a long-standing presence in the industry, they deliver high-quality products and services that help growers maximise productivity and soil performance.
What you will be doing: Supervising and coordinating daily yard operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Leading a small team while providing guidance and support throughout each shift.
Operating a forklift and/or loader to load, unload and move materials around the site.
Coordinating truck movements and ensuring products are prepared for dispatch.
Monitoring stock movements and assisting with inventory control.
Conducting pre-start inspections and ensuring equipment is maintained and operational.
Liaising with production and logistics teams to meet daily operational requirements.
Assisting with general yard duties and hands-on operational tasks as required.
What you will need: Previous experience in a Yard Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar leadership role.
Current LF Forklift Licence or Loader Ticket with operating experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced industrial workplace.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.




Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Construction Card (White/Blue Card).
Right to Work in Australia.
Ability to pass regular Drug and Alcohol Testing as well as a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM).
