As a Contractor Engagement Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our contractors, clients, and recruitment teams.
From onboarding and compliance through to ongoing contractor support, you'll help ensure every placement runs seamlessly while maintaining the high standards our business is known for.

What you'll be doing: Supporting Contractor Operations: Managing contractor onboarding, compliance, mobilisation, and assignment documentation to ensure contractors are ready to start on time.
Contractor Client Support: Acting as a key point of contact for contractor and client queries throughout the assignment lifecycle, delivering a professional and responsive experience.
Compliance Data Management: Maintaining accurate contractor records across internal systems, ensuring compliance requirements are met and documentation is always up to date.
Problem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring a smooth experience for contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partnering closely with Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Managers, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless contractor management and outstanding customer service.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels.
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a agile, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in recruitment operations, contractor care, workforce management, administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
