With multiple brands operating across development, investment and funds management, marketing plays a key role in communicating their projects, market insights and corporate profile.
The Opportunity This is a content-led marketing role suited to someone who enjoys researching, writing and communicating complex information in a clear and engaging way.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of written communications across multiple brands while supporting broader marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, industry events, publications and corporate branding.
Whether your background is journalism, communications, government relations, corporate affairs or marketing, you'll enjoy working in a role where robust writing skills are genuinely valued.
Responsibilities Content Communications Research industry trends across property, finance and government Write articles, media content, investment updates and thought leadership pieces Produce copy for LinkedIn, EDMs, brochures and corporate publications Develop presentations,



company profiles and marketing collateral Digital Marketing Manage LinkedIn content across multiple corporate and executive profiles Coordinate EDM campaigns and digital communications Assist with campaign reporting and content performance Coordinate photography, videography and creative assets Campaigns Events Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple brands Assist with industry events, conferences and project launches Support sales and investment teams with promotional initiatives Maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities Marketing Coordination Coordinate suppliers, invoices and marketing administration Manage shared marketing enquiries Maintain marketing databases and document libraries Support day-to-day operations across the marketing function About You We're interested in people with exceptional writing and communication skills who enjoy turning information into engaging content.
You may have experience in either: Journalism Corporate Communications Public Relations Government Relations Marketing Communications Property or Financial Services Marketing You'll also bring: Outstanding copywriting and editing skills Experience producing content across digital and print platforms Experience with LinkedIn, EDM platforms and digital marketing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp experience Previous exposure to property, development, finance or government is highly regarded but not essential Please apply directly via the advert.
