We deliver personalised aged care services through both the Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
We are seeking a Care Organiser to join our team, based in our Bendigo office.
You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our Care workers maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, records management, monthly reporting and document control.




This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Duties may include: Coordinating services to support the delivery of high quality care to clients living at home Managing client and stakeholder enquiries and providing exceptional customer service Supporting new client intake, service commencement and ongoing administrative processes Coordinating staff rosters and schedules to meet client needs Assisting with financial administration, including invoicing, funding and purchasing activities Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring documentation is completed in line with organisational and legislative requirements Liaising with clients, families, care staff and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resolve enquiries Monitoring service delivery and supporting the day-to-day operation of the Home Care program Preparing reports, processing documentation and maintaining a range of administrative systems Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Providing general administrative and operational support to the broader Home Care team Undertaking other duties as required to support the effective delivery of services About You You are organised, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping people.




You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy building positive relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll also have: Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: scheduling or rostering, service coordination, client intake, financial administration or accounts, or a similar role Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Confidence using multiple computer systems and the ability to quickly learn current technology Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to supporting older people Essential Requirements You must have, or be willing to obtain: A Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee) Current and ongoing flu vaccination A National Police Check Australian working rights Ready to Apply In applying for this position, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the inherent requirements detailed in the Position Description: Care Organiser We warmly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
