A well-established Sydney builder specialising in high-end commercial and architecturally designed residential projects is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Carpenter to join their growing team.
Working alongside some of Sydney's leading hospitality groups and established architects, they deliver premium projects across Sydney with a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and long-lasting client relationships.
The Role This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced Lead Carpenter who enjoys taking ownership on site while remaining actively involved in the build.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Directors, you'll help coordinate trades, manage day-to-day site activities and deliver projects to the highest standard across both commercial and residential sectors.
Responsibilities Hands-on carpentry across all stages of construction Leading day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager Coordinating subcontractors, materials and deliveries Reading and interpreting plans Maintaining programme,
