Opportunity to be a key player in our growth story Supportive culture, regular team events and recognition programs About the Role: The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for: Managing, leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.




Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
About You: Must have experience managing an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred).
Solid leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
Proven experience with automotive estimating supported by strong technical knowledge of collision repair processes, panel beating and/or spray painting.
Trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting will be highly regarded Intermediate computer literacy.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
