Senior Systems Administrator We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our client and play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and evolving their IT infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently lead projects while supporting business critical systems.
Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex technical issues Maintain system security, backups and redundancy strategies Monitor system performance and proactively improve availability Manage escalated issues impacting business operations Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders Support users, including occasional after-hours assistance Lead and contribute to IT projects and initiatives Design, implement and document new and existing systems About You Strong experience in a 2nd/3rd level Systems Administrator role (5+ years preferred) Solid Microsoft stack expertise (7+ years preferred) (Windows Server, O365, Exchange, AD/Azure)
