Not just managing a portfolio, but actively growing it.
This is really a BDM role at heart.
You'll be building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing new schemes into the business.
While strata management experience is key, the key focus is growth, with significant opportunity ahead as new developments continue to emerge across Perth.
