Job Description Finance Business Partner Mining Services Perth $140,000 - $150,000 + Super An established and growing mining services organisation is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational leaders across a large portfolio of mining operations.
This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through high-quality financial analysis, reporting and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.
Prepare variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial modelling.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business improvement initiatives.
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations and financial governance.




Drive process improvements and support finance-related projects.
About You CA or CPA qualified.
5+ years' experience in finance, management accounting or business partnering.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
Mining, contracting, heavy industry or asset-intensive experience highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems.
Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
