Food & Beverage attendant
, you're not just supporting the culinary and service team – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Service Assistance: Setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing after meals.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Outlet Preparation: Help prepare dining areas before service, including cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.
Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to understand F&B; standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Compliance & Hygiene: Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.
Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
Willing to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest‐focused.
Ensures precise setup, presentation, and service.
Clear interaction with guests and team members.
Works well with others while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Current NSW RSA competency card.
