About the role
Partner with senior leadership and the wider team to navigate
complex legal and regulatory issues
in the
electricity and renewables sector
. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on
energy, electricity, and renewables law
, including compliance with the National Electricity Rules and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Drafting and negotiating
key commercial agreements
, including EPC, O&M;, PPA, and project financing contracts.
Supporting
project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures
across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects.
The ideal candidate
7+ years PQE
with expertise in electricity, energy projects, and renewables.
Coming out of
private practice and/or INH
Experienced in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts.
Commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
Confident working autonomously while also collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Motivated to be part of a rapid-growing,
