Secure Finance is a well‐established Australian mortgage brokerage with over a decade of market presence. We support homeowners, property investors and business clients across Australia and are entering a new phase of structured growth.
We are now seeking an experienced
General Manager
to take full ownership of the day‐to‐day running of the business. This is a senior operational leadership role and is not a broking or sales position.
The Role
As General Manager, you will run Secure Finance end to end. You will be accountable for operational performance, team effectiveness, capacity management, compliance integrity and disciplined growth. The founder will remain focused on brand, partnerships and long‐term strategy. Your mandate is to ensure the business operates smoothly, predictably and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Own business operations and performance
Deliver growth aligned with capacity planning
Manage budgets, costs and margins
Lead broker operations and loan processing teams through established leaders
Maintain strong compliance and audit readiness
Drive adoption of systems and AI‐enabled workflows
Build a calm, accountable,

What We Are Looking For
Proven experience running a multi‐staff service business
Solid operational and people leadership capability
Comfort operating in regulated or compliance‐driven environments
Calm, structured decision‐making style
Ability to enforce standards without micromanagement
Experience in mortgage broking or financial services is helpful but not essential. Operational excellence matters more than industry background.
