The successful applicant will meet the position selection criteria, some of which include:
Essential:
Fully committed and supportive of the expansion of Christ-centred education and the implementation of an integrated Christian curriculum within the College.
An inspiring leader able to initiate and manage change.
Have a record of achievement as an educational leader particularly in a Christian school community.




Have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing faculty programmes from Year 7-12.
Have demonstrated competence in teaching Upper School ATAR courses.
Have demonstrated knowledge of the requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
Possess strong communication and inter-personal skills.
An able administrator with the capacity to think strategically, consult, plan and delegate.
Approachable, a good listener and an effective communicator and public speaker.
Child Protection
Kingsway is fully committed to the protection of children. Successful applicants must satisfy child protection screening and adhere to the College's child protection policies and Staff Code of Conduct. The successful applicant must hold a WWCC Card (or be able to apply), National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old), and current registration with the TRBWA.
