About your new role: In your current role you will.

Provide expert intensive care services to patients admitted to, or referred to, the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care in accordance with Cairns Hospital ICU policies, protocols, and best practice standards.
Contribute to the education and development of junior medical staff, medical students, nursing and allied health professionals through teaching, training and supervision.
Foster a collaborative healthcare environment by working closely with colleagues and actively participating in departmental meetings and initiatives.
