This role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory and dispute matters while receiving direct mentoring from experienced practitioners.
About the Firm The firm is a progressive, client-focused commercial practice with a strong reputation across property, construction, commercial, and private client services.
The Role Assist with estate planning, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related documents, and advising on succession strategies.
Support estate administration matters, including probate applications, deceased estate management, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Contribute to estate disputes work, including family provision claims, legal research, document preparation,



and assisting with negotiations and mediations.
About You You will ideally have 1–2 years' PAE and be admitted in Queensland, with some exposure to wills and estates work.
You will bring solid drafting, communication, and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
You will demonstrate a client-focused and empathetic approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
