The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and event services.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership capability, excellent organisational skills, and experience managing high-quality dining environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards, leading the hospitality team, coordinating functions and events, and ensuring smooth operational performance across all areas of the venue.
Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations Guest Experience • Oversee daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special dining experiences • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction • Manage customer enquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere aligned with 360Q's premium waterfront dining experience • Support the delivery of weddings, private functions, corporate events, and special occasions Team Leadership Staff Management • Recruit, train, supervise,



and mentor front-of-house hospitality staff • Develop and manage staff rosters to meet operational requirements and business needs • Lead daily team briefings and ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams • Promote a positive, qualified, and customer-focused workplace culture • Monitor staff performance and support ongoing training and development Functions Event Coordination • Coordinate event operations including weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions • Work closely with clients to ensure event requirements and expectations are successfully delivered • Assist with event planning, service preparation, and post-event evaluation • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders Financial Operational Management • Monitor daily sales performance and support achievement of financial targets • Manage labour costs, stock control, ordering processes, and operational expenses • Assist with budgeting, purchasing decisions, and cost-control initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and enhance profitability Compliance Venue Standards • Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing,



workplace health and safety requirements • Maintain high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational procedures • Ensure all hospitality operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: • Proven experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or function venue management • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate hospitality teams • Experience coordinating functions, events, or large-scale dining services • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing rosters, labour costs, and operational budgets • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality workplace • A passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences and maintaining high service standards Why Join 360Q?
