About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Development Manager, who will lead renewable energy projects (wind, solar, BESS) from early planning through to final investment decision, managing land, planning, network, and commercial aspects.
The role coordinates inputs across internal teams (Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders to drive project success Responsibilities: Initiate and manage environmental assessment, and planning approvals, with the support of external consultants.
Meet with planning and regulatory bodies to obtain and maintain support for projects.
Define the project delivery plan, schedule, work breakdown structure tasks and resource requirements against project timeline.




Maintain and apply knowledge of current and proposed renewable energy policy and regulatory frameworks at federal, state and local government levels.
Skills Experience Proven experience in developing wind, solar, or BESS projects Solid project management skills with the ability to proactively resolve development issues.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating internal team inputs to drive project success.
