Requires: 5S, GMP, and HACCP standards knowledge, along with frontline management experience.
Salary guide: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
Location: South-eastern suburbs of Victoria.
Your normal day will involve: Leading a team on glass filling or canning lines.
Performing efficient changeovers and setting up machinery.
Conducting internal cleaning as per SOPs.
Overseeing line readiness for production.
Training operators on equipment usage.
Conducting quality checks to maintain standards.
Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Minimizing equipment downtime through maintenance.
Preparing production lines with necessary raw materials.
Identifying opportunities for improvement.
