My client is looking for a National Engineering Manager to lead CAPEX, maintenance and engineering strategy across multiple manufacturing sites.
The Role Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, the responsibilities of the role includes: Leading the national engineering strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities Managing a multi-million dollar capital investment program from concept through to commissioning Driving maintenance strategy and engineering best practice to improve asset reliability and plant performance Providing technical leadership and support to site Engineering and Maintenance teams Standardising engineering processes, systems and asset management practices across the national network Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Executive stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency and equipment performance Supporting site engineering teams with major shutdowns, equipment upgrades and manufacturing expansions, with a particular focus on the company's flagship production facility Your Background In order to be successful in this role, you will be: Tertiary qualified in Mechanical,



Electrical or related Engineering discipline An experienced Engineering Manager, National Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Leader within an FMCG manufacturing environment Highly experienced delivering large-scale CAPEX projects across multiple manufacturing sites Strong in maintenance strategy, asset management and engineering leadership Commercially minded with experience managing engineering budgets and capital investment A cooperative leader capable of influencing stakeholders from the production floor through to executive leadership Experienced within food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment What's On Offer: In return, you will be given the opportunity to lead the engineering function for a nationally recognised manufacturer, overseeing significant capital investment and engineering strategy across multiple Australian sites while playing a key role in the business's long-term growth.
