You will work across a broad range of estate planning, administration and estate litigation matters, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and develop your expertise in private client law.

The Role Advise clients on wills, estate planning, trusts, succession strategies and estate disputes.
Manage estate administration matters from start to finish, including probate applications.
Assist in estate litigation matters, including family provision claims, and disputes relating to wills and estates.
Provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families on wealth structuring and asset protection.




Work closely with colleagues across dispute resolution and commercial teams where matters intersect.
Manage your own files with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team setting About You Minimum 3+ years PAE with a strong focus on wills, estates and trustsand ideally estate litigation.
Experience in estate planning, administration and exposure to contested estate matters is advantageous.
Strong drafting, communication and client management skills.
Highly organised with robust attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable and capable of managing matters independently.
