This is a newly created role where you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and play a pivotal part in bringing HR functions in-house.
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include: Creating employment contracts and managing employee inductions/onboarding Updating, developing, and implementing HR policies to meet business needs Assisting with legal compliance across HR functions and identifying areas of risk Driving performance appraisal reviews and supporting managers and employees as required Managing employee relations, both individual and collective Overseeing performance management plans for underperforming staff Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding,



and staff engagement to ensure a smooth employee experience Participating in broader HR projects such as engagement surveys, system rollouts, process improvements, and incident/accident records Managing workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs Producing employee, headcount, absenteeism, and productivity reports Updating organisational structures Undertaking other administrative duties as required by management This is a great opportunity to make your mark and have a meaningful impact within the group.
The role is based in Bellevue, with travel to Northam required 1–2 days per week.
