We're looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Melbourne's Flinders Street Station .

*Previous supervisory/managerial experience working night shifts in convenience or petrol station stores advantageous ✅ What You'll Do: ✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style ✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts ✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine ✅ Manage store operations and accountability and attention to detail ✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards ✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day What We're Looking For:
