WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are EITHER a conveyancing paralegal/secretary OR conveyancer OR Junior Property Lawyer ; have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience; have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL]; have strong time prioritisation+ communication/interpersonal skills; are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE; Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills; are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city+ hungry to advance your career long-term with an impressive firm + improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
