What You'll Be Doing Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading the engineering planning and delivery of electrical scopes across LSTU work fronts Reviewing IFC drawings, specs,



and schedules – and translating them into execution Managing construction trackers and package-level scheduling Forecasting costs and monitoring progress against commercial KPIs Investigating and resolving onsite safety, quality, or environmental issues Supporting junior engineers and site teams Coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure milestones and compliance are met What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) 5+ years of experience in the civil, energy, or oil gas construction sectors Previous exposure to electrical scopes, site-based delivery, and high-volume works Experience with HDPE or pipeline and lease work (highly regarded) Confidence interpreting technical drawings and advising field teams Solid MS Office and scheduling tool skills Comfortable working a 100% site-based roster – 14:7 FIFO (Roma + bus to site) What's On Offer $185K base + super + 15% uplift for FIFO Ongoing role with strong project pipeline and great leadership team Work with a contractor that invests in their people and backs high performers High-visibility project – get your name on something that matters
