�� What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end HR function across the employee lifecycle Partner with ELT on org design, workforce planning and change management Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development strategies Coach leaders and provide guidance on performance, ER, and compliance matters Roll out people initiatives Manage HR systems, reporting,
