We're seeking a passionate and experienced Child and Family Wellbeing Worker to join our dedicated team in the Katherine Big Rivers Region.
This is your opportunity to work with vulnerable children, young people and families; delivering strength-based case management and outreach support that truly changes lives.
About the Role: Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll:



Deliver tailored support and activities aligned with program guidelines Develop and implement participant-centred Family Action Plans Build strong referral pathways to engage families who may not access traditional services Provide education and training to promote mental health awareness Occasionally support other TeamHEALTH programs across Darwin and remote communities (travel required) About You: You're a compassionate and skilled qualified with: A Diploma or Certificate in a relevant health or welfare discipline Experience working with children, young people and families, including First Nations and CALD communities A strong understanding of strength-based approaches and relevant interventions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience delivering education to young people Requirements: National Police Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Ochre Card NT Driver's Licence Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell a call on ************ to find out more.
