The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio end-to-end and is looking to join a welcoming, high-performing team.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about property management, values structure and best practice, and wants to continue developing within a progressive agency.
You'll be trusted to manage your portfolio with autonomy while being fully supported by systems, leadership, and a team that has your back.
Duties Responsibilities End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing repairs, maintenance, and contractor relationships Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections Handling lease renewals, rent reviews,



and arrears management Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency processes Resolving issues professionally and proactively Maintaining accurate records and using property management software effectively Skills Experience Proven experience as a residential Property Manager Strong knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation Confident managing all aspects of property management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong time management abilities Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, or equivalent, preferred What's on Offer You'll be joining a welcoming and team-oriented team within a high-performing residential agency that genuinely values its people.
