YOUR ROLE Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record , you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice+ resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including: Drafting/advising on by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences; Property/strata/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are EITHER a PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor with 4-10 years' (or MORE) experience with some SPECIALIST experience in STRATA LAW (essential); Have front-end advisory/transactional experience (essential) and litigation experience (preferable); are hungry for a UNIQUE BLUE-MOON opportunity to kick-start+ fast-track a refreshing career in a hybrid strata/building+construction/litigation role working with the best of the best industry leaders; have a genuine keen interest in strata/community title law and looking to specialize in this exciting fast-growing area of law; can work full time .
