Based in Forest Lake , this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a collaborative finance team in a quick-paced and supportive environment.
Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable function while supporting the wider finance team.
Key responsibilities include:



End-to-end accounts payable processing High-volume invoice processing and reconciliations Managing supplier payments and payment runs Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders Assisting with month-end processes and reporting Ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial records Supporting process improvements within the AP function To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable Officer position Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills The ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using MYOB and intermediate Excel skills A proactive and team-focused approach What's on Offer?
