The Role As BDM, you'll play a key role in growing the rent roll by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term managements.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining solid relationships with referral partners Identifying and securing new business opportunities Engaging with prospective investors and clients Preparing rental appraisals and comparative market analyses Managing smooth and compliant handovers to the property management team Representing the business at networking and industry events Converting warm leads into new managements About You You're a motivated relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people, winning business, and seeing the results of your efforts.
