Employer: PIONEER IT PTY LTD ABN: ************** Position: Full-Time ICT Business Analyst Salary: $80,000 per annum Location: WATSON ACT **** Date Posted: 7 Aug **** Position Summary Pioneer IT provides managed IT support, network installation, network and server monitoring, server and workstation maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, VMware, remote access, Microsoft 365, website hosting, hardware services and security services in the Canberra region Key Duties and Responsibilities Analyse existing business processes, systems and workflows to identify operational requirements, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Consult with management, staff, clients and other stakeholders to gather, analyse and document ICT business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system requirements, process maps and technical documentation.
Evaluate existing ICT systems and recommend system enhancements, modifications or new technology solutions to improve business performance.
Liaise with software developers,



programmers, vendors and ICT service providers to communicate business and system requirements.
Develop business process models, workflows, use cases and system documentation to support the design and implementation of ICT solutions.
Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure ICT solutions meet specified business and functional requirements.
Identify system defects, functional gaps and implementation issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with technical teams.
Assist with the implementation, integration and deployment of new ICT systems, applications and system enhancements.
Prepare user manuals, procedures, training materials and provide ongoing guidance to users regarding current systems and improved business processes.
Qualifications Experience Bachelor in IT Minimum two (3) years of relevant experience
