About the Role We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer (Visualisation) to join a cooperative design studio, contributing to the design, documentation, and visual communication of architectural projects.
This role combines architectural design responsibilities with high-quality 3D visualisation capabilities to support design development, client presentations, approvals, and project delivery across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of projects from concept through to documentation Produce high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, and imagery for presentations, approvals, and marketing purposes Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, models, and project documentation Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to interpret and deliver project briefs Support project programming, scheduling, and delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets Assist with statutory applications and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations Participate in site inspections, contract administration, and post-contract activities Maintain accurate project records, documentation,



and filing systems Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients throughout project delivery Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Architecture (AACA recognised or equivalent) or a related discipline Experience within an architectural or design practice in both design and 3D visualisation Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, Rhino, Autodesk 3ds Max, Twinmotion, and Enscape Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and documentation Ability to produce photorealistic architectural renderings with a strong eye for lighting, materials, and composition Understanding of Australian statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to architectural practice Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Consultant ****** Reference number: ***** Profession:Business SupportGraphic Design Company: Bespoke Careers Date posted: 11th May, ****
