We are seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor with accreditation from the Board of Surveying Spatial Information (BOSSI) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate surveying services with a strong focus on property boundaries, land titles, and cadastral surveys .
You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting a range of development and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cadastral surveys, including boundary definition and subdivision work Prepare and certify survey plans in line with BOSSI requirements Interpret land titles and legal documentation Liaise with clients, councils, and regulatory authorities Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables Requirements: Current registration with BOSSI Proven experience in cadastral surveying and land titling Solid knowledge of NSW surveying regulations and standards Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Join a supportive team where your expertise in land and boundary surveying will make a real impact.
