reporting, and compliance requirements Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders Identifying and resolving construction and site-related issues Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation Driving a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity What we're looking for Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within commercial construction Demonstrated experience delivering recent-build commercial projects valued up to $10 million Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project sequencing Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills Sound knowledge of OH S requirements and site compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving Trade qualification or construction-related background preferred Professional, motivated, and team-focused attitude If this sounds like you, please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
